Reasonable stay

good coffee friendly staff double room bad showers bad smell shared room

I appreciated the breakfast. The coffee tasted good and was freely available. The staff were friendly to me, particularly Lei Ann, who often inquired about my stay and if i found the room okay. We booked a double room. The room had enough space to be comfortable.

The showers and bathroom need work. I shared a room with several men. I felt forced to use the toilets outside of the room to change. I also felt disgusted after using the showers because the smell was bad.

unclean room slippery stairs

the location was acceptable it was easy to reach from the station

the room was not properly cleaned upon my arrival it had some remaining food tissues and a hair the management apologized but did not offer a refund for the missed cleaning i also found the beds difficult to climb into lacking handles the stairs were slippery

friendly staff digital locker easy exploration

i found the staff very friendly upon arrival. the digital lockers for belongings worked perfectly, a super practical feature. the location impressed me since everything was within walking distance.

i noticed the shared showers smelled bad, it made me feel not fully cleaned after use.

the location is central, it places guests close to many tourist sites. the hotel is near the main train station, this provides easy access to transportation, quite convenient.

Each bed includes a neatly folded towel. the rooms were renovated recently. All looks fresh. my room was modern! the bathroom was very good as well.

The breakfast includes boiled eggs. Toast with cheese, ham, or turkey. Canned fruit. Juice. Coffee, and pancakes. the coffee was actually good and à volonté at breakfast. the breakfast had more than i could expect, that i realised.
